an okay stay near termini

great location train station comfortable room long time storage space waiting time

i liked the great location. i walked only five minutes to termini train station. there was also a supermarket across the street. the room was a good size and comfortable.

the check-in process was long. i saw two japanese ladies waiting a long time as well. there was also no storage space to unpack my suitcase.

The room was very clean and tidy. It had been renovated recently (I really liked the new design). The WiFi signal was excellent. A kettle and microwave were just outside the room, next to the reception desk.

The room was small. If you had an open suitcase on the floor, you could not open the refrigerator or the shower. The air conditioning was inside the room, very loud.

noisy street flat pillows

The staff was helpful. They answered our questions.

The room faced a noisy street, and the noise at night made sleeping difficult. The pillows were also very flat and offered little support. I expected better soundproofing.
